Children

We require that children are supervised at all times. If you do bring children to the show, they will be issued with a badge upon arrival. Please do not register children to attend.

Canvassing

We do not condone canvassing at the show by non- exhibiting businesses. Please let us know and we will speak to any companies operating their sales in this way. Any visitors found to be canvassing will be asked to leave the show.

Stand Space

Stand space is sold as ‘SPACE ONLY’. This means that NO ‘shell scheme’ is provided. All exhibitors will have to provide “free standing fittings” to fit the allocated space. If your stand is located in a centre aisle, there may be another exhibitor backing against your stand. You may want to consider this when setting up / designing your stand.

Tables & Chairs

Tables and chairs are available free of charge to those exhibitors that may need them.

Power

There are a limited number of wall sockets in both the Menai Suite and the Wedgewood Suite. This means that some exhibitors will have to share power by way of extension leads. No kettles or coffee/tea making machines are permitted. Be sure to bring extension leads that may be required.

Lighting

If you bring your own lighting then please be sure that it is the “LED” variety. IMPORTANT: Halogen lighting is not permitted. The hotel will check that all lighting, extension sockets and plugs have been “PAT” tested, therefore please be sure that these carry the appropriate labels.

Stand Set-up

We have arranged that set up takes place on the following days: Friday 9th and Saturday, 10th January from 9.00a.m. until 6.00p.m. All stands must be built and dressed by 9.00a.m. on the opening morning of the show. Like any other trade show it is the exhibitors responsibility to set up and breakdown their stand within the given time frame. Should you require assistance then it is your responsibility to provide adequate help.

Show Open

11th, 12th, 13th of January, 2026. Stand Breakdown Breakdown takes place on Tuesday 14th at 4.00p.m. until 6.00p.m. Any overrun on these times may incurr charges from the hotel as the next event may be waiting to start. Breakdown commences at 4.00pm. on the final day of the show. No breakdowns should begin before the official closure of the show.
